I'm gonna be straight with the people attendingFinance
I'm gonna be straight with the people attending nyu, the social life is unlike any other place. It was a bit difficult to make friends, and the intense work load (especially for business students) is tough. However, for guys and girls, nyu greek life is the way to go. Gentlemen, if you are to attend nyu, please remember pi kappa alpha.. "Pike". its the best way to make friends and actually get some fun out of what would be a very dull university. and interships are incredible so no worries.

Question
I absolutely loved NYU.Psychology
I absolutely loved NYU....but it's not for everyone. You must LOVE living in NYC to be happy here. You can't think of going here as a typical college experience, you have to be open to the entire city as your college and having your social life not only revolve around college events and students. I ended up minoring in Art History because the classes included trips to the museums and were just so inspiring.

I transferred here from a campus school. I found the campus experience to be stifling. I hated the fraternity and sorority mentality and big sports arenas filled with screaming drunk students. I hated how the players were treated like stars. I hated being in the middle of nowhere and having the campus as my only world.

NYU was a dream come true for me. It was like being let out of jail. I love NYC. Exploring all the city had to offer was so exciting and envigorating. I feel like I came alive once I started at NYU. I met so many interesting people, both students and non-students.You have to know yourself and know what type of environment is the right fit for you.

Question
For such a large university it was surprisinglyQuite BrightEconomics
For such a large university it was surprisingly easy to navigate the admissions process and the university staff were particularly helpful. In large part it is what you make it. Being in New York City can be intimidating but offers opportunities like no other campus setting.

Resources were abundant and professors were fantastic! Creativity was stressed with critical thinking skills and plenty of real world examples.Well worth the money!
