I love Chapman.Super BrilliantBusiness - Management and Administration
I love Chapman. I chose it over UCLA which was a difficult decision at the time, but the amount of scholarship money they were offering made it extremely appealing and in the end I'm very happy with my choice. I love this place. Wouldn't trade it for anything in the world, I've convinced several friends to transfer in and they're loving it too.

Great school. The film program is awesome. You get lots of creative freedom and it's quite competitive. Professors are great to talk to and helpful. Biggest negatives would be that some students are definitely "OC" stereotypes, but I've met many that aren't that way at all (and are from places like Tustin, Mission Viejo, Dana Point, etc.). The other negative is Orange is a pretty boring place, but luckily it's close enough to L.A., the beach, other areas that it's not that bad.

Wow...looking at some of the posts below, it seems some people have no friends or just are not socially adaptable. Any University has it's ups and downs; arrogant people and kind. I'd ignore what some of these people say, given that they themselves are probably snoods themselves. I happen to have NOT been in Greek life and had a wealth of friends. For the most part, the students who go here are real kind. It's all about be professional and mature, which is exactly what most Chapman Students are.

The Faculty are top notch and the programs offered are getting better each year. It's no wonder enrollment has jumped so high over the past couple of year. The only negative aspect of the school is the fact that it's in Old Orange. The school has a mild relationship with the community and there is not a whole lot to do. I challenge anyone who is fortunate to go here to really go out and explore the surrounding community and be open minded. Be susceptible to change and welcome all the wonderful resources that the school has to offer.
