I feel like my Chapman degree is appreciatingBusiness - Management and Administration
I feel like my Chapman degree is appreciating in value. When I first attended in 1997, no one had even heard of it, yet today, I rarely meet someone who hasn't. To my knowledge, Chapman is quickly growing into one of the country's most reputable private schools.

I'd say the biggest benefit to attending Chapman is its location, in the heart of Southern Cal. The beach, Hollywood, Los Angeles, Disney World etc. provide endless entertainment. But more importantly, countless opportunities exist for internships and networking in a variety of industries/professions. The opportunities are drastically different than what can be found at many colleges that are the focal point of their town/economy.

I have few complaints about the school, but would mention a couple things to consider...
1) The sports programs are not enthusiastically embraced or supported by non-athlete students. If you seek school spirit or group outtings at the weekly ball game, you'll have to follow UCLA or USC athletics.

2) As business major, I was not impressed with Chapman's recruitment program prior to graduation. It may have improved in the past few years, but my general impression in 2001 was that most companies with positions/training programs specially related to college undergraduates were not persuing Chapman students.

Overall, I really value my time at Chapman - I left with a lot of great memories and wonderful experiences. If I had to do it all over again, I'd choose to go there in a heartbeat.
