Getting in was easy - I was a transferDec 16 2010Communications
Getting in was easy - I was a transfer student - I don't think they even asked for an essay. Here is my warning to you - U of A casts a wide net taking in as many students as they can, especially from out of state because the money is so good, but the drop out rate is high. Easy to get in; hard to graduate - so beware!

To get into this University, maintain a 3.0 GPA in high school. Though they've added an essay portion to the application, don't sweat it.

Once you meet people who actually got in here, you'll know that it was NOT a factor.

Not hard at all. 2.75 with honors and AP classes, good recommendations, decent essay, an ACT score of 21, and out of state. So yeah...not hard at all. Anyone can probably get in.
