Be honest and write a creative essayDec 26 2009Other
Be honest and write a creative essay. Keep your grades in the A's and B's with lots of activities and sports and such thrown in. Community service is a big deal here, so having that doesn't hurt much either.

To get into RWU, you need to have goodJun 13 2007Engineering Department
To get into RWU, you need to have good academics, if you have over a 3.3 coming in, you get some honors money and that's just one more way to get involved. They post trips to NYC and other events... its a good time. You don't have to be brilliant, and likewise, if your GPA is not so hot but you were involved in everything in highschool, extracurriculars go a long way in your acceptance.

I frankly looked at what school was cheapest andMay 13 2006Education
I frankly looked at what school was cheapest and then decided on the athletic department. The trainers to the coaches to the Heads of the department are great people. If you come here to visit meet some of the professors and try to do an over night to get a good feel for the dorms, campus, and try to go to a class in your field.

I did lots of volunteer work all throughout highschool,Nov 09 2005Communications
I did lots of volunteer work all throughout highschool, i was captain of sports teams, and i put in a fair share of work. I recommend lots of extra curriculars, a projected major and think about your electives and how you can apply them in college.
