Great school.. especially the psych department.. I could stop by and we would talk about anything!! the female male ratio is 4 to 1.. so thats a plus with us guys! small school that is absolutely beautiful! some snobby people there but..you can meet your best friend and future partner there! ~got a need for aoe?

West Virginia Wesleyan College is one of the best kept secrets in American higher education. Since graduation, I have met graduates from many other colleges, including those in the Ivy League, and found that the preparation Wesleyan offers is as least as good (and often better) than what other larger and better known schools provide. I'm now in graduate school at Johns Hopkins, and am grateful for the opportunity to experience the friendly, collegiate all-American atmosphere that is Wesleyan's hallmark. I really recommend that prospective students consider first attending a smaller liberal arts school like Wesleyan where they can get strong academics, personal attention, and a well-rounded education, before venturing off to larger and more prominent graduate schools. You will be well-prepared, and you will have a rich undergraduate experience that students at other schools will not have the opportunity to experience.
