I attended this school for one year, andQuite BrightComputer Science
I attended this school for one year, and it may have been the worst year of my life. I now attend Temple University which is ranked as one of the best schools in the country and i am much happier. The main problem is the student body. The school has a very high acceptance rate (3/4ths of applicants get in), and because of this you get people who really dont deserve to be in a college. They all fail out of their classes and are probably on a 5th grade reading level. Also there is zero food selection here. At Temple there are all kinds of food choices from thai food to cheeseburgers to middle eastern food. CHC just serves the same thing over and over again and it doesnt even taste good. Now classes seem to be alright. Some of my professors were good, but the course work was not challenging at all. One of the big issues i had with teachers is that one of them had a degree in history but was teaching a computer science class. Does that make sense? The social life here is a joke, im a commuter and even i could tell. There are about 10 clubs, and absolutely 0 parties. Im actually quite glad I commuted. There are much better schools in the Philadelphia area (Temple,LaSalle,St. Joes, UPenn, West Chester). Temple and West Chester are among the cheapest schools in the state, but the others are pricey especially Upenn since its an Ivy. But whatever you do dont come here. High costs and poor education does not make a good school, and unfortunately thats all this school has to offer.
