The night life is very fun in the surrounding city of Philadelphia for people 21 and over. It is hard to "party" here in the city if you're under 21, you pretty much have to stay around campus. If you like food, come here. Philly has some good restaurants and that was my Friday night usually. There is a lot of shopping too downtown. It is VERY convenient to get other places. I took the train a lot on the weekends back home in Norther NJ and it wokred out great. Temple is overall fun. I liked it more each year i finished. I didnt like it when I was a freshman, but I think that is becasue I was uncomfortable in the dorms. The apartments around the campus are nice, but get ready to shell out some dough!

I transfered to Temple because I wanted toBrightOther
I transfered to Temple because I wanted to go to school in the city. I like the fact that I am in the city, I just wish the university was somewhere besides north philly. Overall I am satisfied with my college experience, but as far as dealing with paperwork it can be tough, especially if something gets screwed up and housing is shameful. I'll leave the housing thing alone though. Let's just say if you want to live on campus you have to be a VERY lucky person and if you get it one year be prepared to look for an apartment the next!

Question
I live off campus and it is incrediblySuper BrilliantUndecided
I live off campus and it is incredibly difficult to meet people here. If you live on campus, it should be easy. The people I have met seem really nice and friendly though. There are also people who are immature and not very smart, but I don't know if these people will end up graduating (let's hope not) so whatever.

I feel safe on campus during the day, but not outside the campus. It seems that the police does their job. There was a random homeless lady screaming one time, and the police took her away in a minute. The homeless people wandering on campus are pretty annoying but you don't see them so often. The bible guy needs to get a real job, too.

Sometimes the computers in the tech center don't work. It's usually the keyboards on the macs that are messed up. But the computers are fast and they have any program you'll need for school. Most of my teachers are pretty nice and I am learning a lot. You can email them and talk to them after class so they are pretty accessible. But I've only taken a few classes, so maybe I won't think the same as time goes on. Oh yeah, and the best thing about Temple is that it's in Philly.
