Seton Hill is an excellent school. Not so brightEducation
Seton Hill is an excellent school. However, if you are interested in getting teaching certification DO NOT COME HERE. The reason I say this is because SHU is a liberal arts school, and you must take a ridiculous amount of 'liberal arts' courses. Those liberal arts courses along with the education courses PLUS the courses you have to take in your area of certification are a lot to handle.

You will not graduate in four years. Then, there are people at state colleges who do half the work you do and they end up with teaching jobs. I am strongly thinking about going to a state school. I love the professors and the seriousness of Seton Hill, but all of that work to teach? I think not. If you want to be a teacher and you want to finish in 4 years....think twice about coming here and look into the program.

If you want to get into broadcasting ofSuper BrilliantJournalism
If you want to get into broadcasting of any kind, don't go to Seton Hill. They have no facilities (TV studio, radio, etc.) to accomodate you.

If you want to learn English literature, this is the place to be. The faculty know so much about it that it is simply astounding. This is a wonderful school for people who love to learn for learning's sake. If you're a social butterfly and like to party, go somewhere else. Greensburg is not exactly the mecca of night life. SHU caters to intellectuals.
