By all means NYUQuite BrightArt & Design Department
By all means NYU is an opportunity abound.
Needless to say, NYU is a mixed bag, just like New York City…there's something for everyone.
If you want to start a club with one-legged lesbian nuns, you'll probably get at least six members.

Question
Great school on some levels (NYC, Great GuestQuite BrightArt & Design Department
Great school on some levels (NYC, Great Guest Lectures, Some cutting edge faculty) but distant, not well organized, sometimes difficult to find out all the things that are going on or the true benefits to students like discount movie and show tickets for example, nobody tells you about this or the many clubs--- it's hard to find out about this. Also, everything seemed to COST. Undergrad was constantly about charging MONEY. I didn't even know where to go if I had a cold.. years later I find out there's this great FREE health service. Maybe with WWW some of this lack of information has been fixed. I also hated the library. NEVER had books in and things were difficult to find. While at NYU you do get the feeling that you are in an exciting place and they love to plug themselves.. but there's still a great lack of interest in individual students. I'd sum up NYU as a series of ups and downs (honestly like any college) but with a trend that for the future meaning they are always talking about how great the school is GOING to be... always planning for bigger and better and you always feel like you were before that period which kind of sucks.

Question
When coming here, oneQuite BrightArt & Design Department
When coming here, one has to be willing to find what they want to be involved in and go do it. No one will wait for you or walk you through it. Life here requires a determination of will and a desire to find and explore one's self through own interests.
