I've been in love with HU since 8th grade. I am now a senior in high school, anticipating my acceptance package. I also visited the campus my sophomore year in high school. It is absolutely perfect for me.

Question
Howard is a good school. Not so brightBiology
Howard is a good school. There is A LOT school spirit on campus and in the entire D.C., the homecomings are like a holiday! The administration does have some stiff moments but overall the education is good and the students are smart and nice. D.C. like any other city has its good and bad parts and Howard is in an O.K. area its not as ghetto as people make it out to be unless your a little rich kid. GO HU!

My howard university experienceQuite BrightPolitical Science
My howard university experience has been integral to my growth as a conscious and aware, well rounded individual. I have grown more here than I ever would have expected. As long as the student keeps a strong focus and an open mind, making it here is absolutely possible.
