Chapman University is the best private school inBrightBusiness - Management and Administration
Chapman University is the best private school in Orange County hands down. The University holds a lot of weight in the Orange County/Southern California area, and is working on gaining more recognition every day.

I transferred here out of community college and I like it a lot here. I have yet to meet anyone here that was a jerk or anything like that. Lots of nice and friendly people here and the school is what you make of it. Come here.

When you go to college in California youQuite BrightComputer Science
When you go to college in California you are always going to meet the snooty, self absorbed, rich type, so disregard what other people say. This school isn't any different on that subject. The classes are small but you'll meet many different types of people. However If you are antisocial or shy than I would stay away. Other than that its all about getting plugged in. TALK to people and Get involved as much as you can in all the school has to offer and you'll be fine. I was planning on going to SDSU but I decided that I didn't want to be a ghost in a class of 150 students. If you want to grow as a person, and be an individual, than Chapman is for you. Outside of the classroom you'll find oh so many things to do. Beaches, clubs, little shopping centers, disneyland, etc. I would recommend bringing a car because of all the attractions and cities nearby, but it shouldn't be a problem if you make a friends with people that have them. Bottom line, this school can't be beat.

Wow...looking at some of the posts below, it seems some people have no friends or just are not socially adaptable. Any University has it's ups and downs; arrogant people and kind. I'd ignore what some of these people say, given that they themselves are probably snoods themselves. I happen to have NOT been in Greek life and had a wealth of friends. For the most part, the students who go here are real kind. It's all about be professional and mature, which is exactly what most Chapman Students are.

The Faculty are top notch and the programs offered are getting better each year. It's no wonder enrollment has jumped so high over the past couple of year. The only negative aspect of the school is the fact that it's in Old Orange. The school has a mild relationship with the community and there is not a whole lot to do. I challenge anyone who is fortunate to go here to really go out and explore the surrounding community and be open minded. Be susceptible to change and welcome all the wonderful resources that the school has to offer.
