If you are going to school to become a nurse, this is the worst school to go to. I only went for a semester and the program was very dishonest and do not care for their students. All they care about is their numbers since the program lost their accreditation. This is not a school where I feel successful in whatsoever and if you want to become a nurse, you can get a better/ fair experience somewhere else. Socially, it's decent. If you want to go to parties, frats always have them but its the same houses with the same beer, music, and people. It gets old after a while. I always had a better time at the sports houses but you have to know people in order to get in.When it comes to friends, I did not really have the best experience. If you are local, then you will fit perfect here. I am from out of state 6 hours away and people considered me as an "outsider". I was left out in a lot things and my "group" never really asked me to do anything. All I did in my free time was on my laptop watching movies in my dorm. Occasionally, I would go to center city but not as much as i would of liked to. Overall, La Salle is a mediocore school and only good for those who live near by.
