Social life sucks, doesn't look like American pie movie-subfree sucks even more so don't live in there. International students hate the food so they cook in the kitchens. Never stinky though. Avoid sub free. Get a dorm that faces the South so it's bright. Dorms look uninteresting but better than your orange filled Wake Forest and dimly lit college park. Doesn't give you busy work and billion of class hours like Towson State which makes you *** hurt from sitting which can be good or bad. If you're not very smart you have to try and think of creative ways to study and be resourceful. We got real analysis for freshman interested in math and an intro to proofs class which is really helpful. We have diverse majors for anyone interested in pure math, applied math like stats and for physics majors. Create your own major also. Most students are smart so they don't know what it feels like to really struggle in school but they can empathize. Mostly premed, bio, chem, physics type people here. math-based people are in the minority unlike at Hamilton. Students are cold most of the time but can be warm sometimes. Hillside was nice and the windows are nice. Partying won't get you a girlfriend there's no causal relationship. bio is hard because it isn't multiple choice practice tests they're all free response and you can't get away with just having a good memory because you have to summarize. try psych if you like memorization more. bio is like new ap bio no multiple choice questions. psych is half multiple choice half bio. there's an observatory. there's too many bio, chem, humanities ppl here who love beer pong. I wish it were more math and econ and physics people. get ready to write a 15 page essay or more. african music jan plan was awesome. you don't have to take vector calc aka divergence, stoke's theorem to be a math major which is a great option. diffq is harder than expected and not necessary to take . functional analysis, algebraic topology, measure theory were part of the math major curriculum. I'd say I wish I went to hamilton college because the people there are warmer to get to know. They fact that there are many girls vs guys isn't really an advantage at dating for both sexes.
