Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
Most of the time, the TA's at UW-Madison are fantastic. However, this past semester I had quite possibly the worst TA ever imaginable. I did not realize TA's could even be this bad. His name was Stephen Kubota. We had to correct him on problems during discussion and he repeatedly told us wrong answers. Instead of taking initiative to relearn the material, he simply would assure us that those wrong answers were correct. He could not suck up his pride and in turn our grades suffered. He took no time to prep the kids in our discussion group. He was very inconsiderate and rude during class too. I highly recommend switching out of his section if you end up getting him as a TA.
