If you are a woman or a non-rich white person, beware! The campus is not a safe place for people who are hurt by other students - whether it is rape, domestic violence, intimidation, threats, etc. There is a terrible lack of diversity and self segregation. most students come from very comfortable backgrounds. The teachers and administration is out of touch with the plight of the average, non-rich student. They will heartlessly ignore your struggles while they bend over backwards to accommodate the rich students who is struggling with their grades. Save yourself the trouble. Boston is terrible and it's that close to visit anyway. the campus is ugly and the facilities aren't that nice at all; most of the dorms are a joke. Just...save yourself the money and mental anguish of going to such a sham of a school. All the good professors leave to go teach at Harvard or MIT for a reason...Tufts is sh(t and getting sh*ttier by the year.
