Bowdoin is truly a gem in the world of higher education and I am completely happy that I chose to come here, even over several "Ivy League" options. The faculty, facilities and fellow students are amongst the very best and the location is heaven. The perception that winters are akin to being in the arctic are greatly exaggerated. Fall is the best time of the year, but spring isn't too bad either. I could go on and on singing its praises, all very much deserved. I never want to leave - seriously!
