Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
Overall UD is a good choice. Lots of majors to choose from, activities, etc. It's great if you live in state because you get reduced tuition (I'm a Delaware native and managed to graduate with no college debt to pay off afterward.) However, if you don't live on campus it can be hard to make friends. It's a huge school, and despite the fact that Delaware in general is a small place, you can easily slip through the cracks. There's not much socializing during class, so it's good if you live on campus or at least join an activity or two. Many of the out-of-state students seem to be the "spoiled rich kid" type these days, and while there's some diversity (class, race, and gender/LGBT wise) UD is pretty vanilla. The professors and resources are pretty good though.
