Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
Socially this school is a mess; there is a clear division between athletes, who are recruited here to play on sports teams in which the programs are pathetic and the coaches are not good at producing wins, but end up hating the school because it's filled with people whom an athlete would not socialize with, and the "Earlhamites" which is practically everyone else(those who have died hair, don't wear shoes, etc.). The athletes then use the word "Earlhamite" with a negative connotation to set themselves above everyone. People can be nice though. Let's see, some dorms are very nice, where as others are just awful (no heat half the time, bursting water pipes leaving us without running water, etc). There is only one place to eat on campus at any given moment and there are set times in which one has to eat. Plus, there is nowhere to eat on campus after 9:30pm. My expectations for academics was not fulfilled. Some classes are very enlightening whereas others are just pointless and give nothing but busy work. I am not challenged at all. If you want to be treated like an elementary school student, don't hesitate to come here.
