OK...I got into Boston University, Texas A&M, Baylor, and Texas Tech...my whole life I wanted to go to A&M...I was like A&M is the school for me...til I did that tour...I couldn't do that Gig Em Aggie stuff. Boston U was too expensive as was Baylor. I couldn't afford either. So I ended up at Texas Tech. When I got there...I always thought this was a crappy school and blah blah blah...well I have realized after I graduated from TTU how great a school it was. I am in Graduate school at the University of Houston...and let me tell you...I really miss the professors at TTU. They were caring...they took their time to explain stuff...even were there in the office hours!!! at UH...good luck!! University of Houston has made me regret coming to Grad School...and now I think about how much I miss Texas Tech. Everyday I attend Houston, I think how ugly of a campus this is..and how beautiful TTU was...At UH I'll get robbed after dark...at TTU I could be anywhere on campus and feel safe. I wish I could afford to go back up there but I've settled in Houston. I really doubt I'll graduate with a masters or ph.d from houston...not because it's hard...but more along the lines...I've realized I have no interest in the type of research that is available there. I will always miss TTU and the "Hell Hole" known as Lubbock..:-). Maybe I can go back this year and watch TTU and Tuberville kick UH's ASS!!!
