this place is alright, offers interesting majors and classes, campus is nice with a lot of open space and greenery. food is good, doesn't get old after 5 weeks. davis itself is kinda slow though, but what do you expect from a small college town. if you're a city person, you may not like it at first, but then you adjust and realize that since you'll probably get a job in a big city after graduating, you mind as well save the city life for later and enjoy what a small town has to offer when you have the chance right now. definitely a school on the rise, yet adhering to its original charm, not arrogant and insecure like other schools that may be "ranked" higher or more selective, come on you girls, you know it's stupid to go to a more competitive school where you'll be working harder just to get good grades and not for the sake of learning, only to realize that you did it all for nothing. life is not about working hard, but working smart, which is what ucd strives for. also the place only offers 3 accounting courses, yet the big 4 still bother to recruit from here. i don't know how that speaks on the legitimacy of big 4 recruitment, but at least they do. but then again, sjsu grads hold the most prominent presence in silicon valley than any other school, and after knowing that fact, i don't know just how legitimate the real world is now *shudders*. no but sjsu is still ownage, i may go there for my MSA
