So far I've seen some pretty pathetic feedback about this school. I've received an excellent education and quite honestly after I took the CVT board exams I was shocked to hear about the school scores by state. Bel-Rea scored a passing rate of 90% while the other tech schools were lucky to have a 70% passing rate. Come to find out after speaking with other technicians, this is the norm. While Bel-Rea has what some may call "limited" hands-on experience they can only do so much. Based on those board exam scores it's obvious to me that my money did not go to waste. I didn't see instructors play favorites. They would acknowledge students who had obviously put forth extra effort. I found these past two year at Bel-Rea an eye opener about today's youngsters. They were obviously coddled through grade school and have no sense of work ethic. Too bad they can't party or focus on social life.....GROW UP. YOUR IN COLLEGE! It takes hard work. You don't come to this school to play with puppies. You come to learn to save lives. If you can't handle this, how will you handle the real world or a regular university for that matter (which I also graduated from). There will always be personality clashes wherever you go. Deal with it. Bel-Rea was well worth my time and my money and I'm a better technician because of my time there. I've made many friends for life and hope that one day I can return to teach.
