I am transferring from this school as soon as possible. I was forced to attend ASU after being rejected from a few prestigious California film schools. Their program is a new one, and is moderate as far as film programs go. The school itself, however, is a different story. Good for drinking, passing out, having sex, spreading diseases and maintaining the status quo. If you ever received a B in high school, you will be setting the curve for these drunken bimbos. I have had a math teacher assume that her entire class had never seen a dice before (yes, the six-sided cube) and a student in my biology class claimed that what was clearly a dolphin skull was, in fact, a horse. Difficult to make friends. Just like high school all over again. Clique-y and impossible, with no worthwhile extracurriculars. The film club is falling apart, and there is nothing to do off-campus. Tempe is a bust. The single upside is that the campus has wonderful architecture, is easy to navigate and has significantly "gone green". Also, the bus system in all of Arizona blows a big one. Would never recommend this school to another living soul. Totally unhappy and can't wait to leave!
