If you are thinking about choosing La Salle, think again!!! The school is in a REALLY bad neighborhood (two of my friends were mugged walking from class to their university apartment--this is very common!) The residence halls (with the only exception being the brand new building that you'll probably never get to live in) and apartments are in TERRIBLE shape! Think leaking roofs, roaches, mice, broken furniture, overflowing toilets in the crappy hall bathrooms, etc. The staff is completely unhelpful about EVERYTHING. The only things to do on campus are drink, which only leads to you getting caught and then getting a huge fine ($200!) or the lame activities on campus because if you try to venture off campus you'll be mugged! The classes were the same as my high school classes except more boring! I only had one professor during my entire four years who was at all helpful or interesting. Oh, and it's ridiculously expensive! Save your money! There are much better schools in and around Philly! I cannot express how much I regret going to La Salle. Don't make the same mistake I did!
