SAGU gave me a foundation in literature from a Christian perspective. By looking at the examples of great authors that have gone before me, I improved my own writing and hope to continue to do so. My time at SAGU also contributed to my spiritual growth. I wish the English program had the 3 tracks that have recently been added when I was in it. I think I would have benefitted from the Creative Writing track. You can gain an education anywhere, but at SAGU it's from a Christian perspective, based on God's Word, and you also gain a firm spiritual foundation to build your future upon.
