Northwestern has a lot of clubs. I would sum up the qhole university culture by pointing out that for my blood drive club we had more "Chairs" (publicity chair, tech chair, co presidents) than we had members. Sometimes you get the sense that the students are just padding their resumes. Sure, a lot of very real learning gets done, but there is a lot of jockeying for good grades.
