Major: (This Major's Salary over time)
I went to LU with really high expectations, as I am a Christian and was looking forward to a Christian-themed education. What I got was a huge slap in the face. My biggest complaint is the rigidness of the theology...you're required to go to 10pm hall meetings once a week and if you don't go to every single one of the spiritual events you're horsewhipped. I didn't go to an all-night "night of prayer" with my dorm wing at 3am, and my R.A. painted a big red target on my chest, and from that point on I got reps for a gummi bear on the floor or because my sheets weren't folded nicely underneath my comforter on my bed. They claim to be evangelical, but in reality their isolation from the world and their "im better than you because I'm baptist" mentality turns many people off to the faith and the university.
