Williams College is highly overrated. While the professors are overall top-notch, the bottom line of the administration is money, not academics, as they would have both parents and prospective students believe. The campus has been continuously disrupted by baseless construction projects, few of which add any real value to educational quality or the college experience. I have made some very good friends during my time at Williams, and overall, I am satisfied with the quality of education that I have received. Nonetheless, the town (which is pathetic) and the administration mar student life. Although Williams is hailed as the elite liberal arts college in the country, there are much better choices. The undoing of this college is on nigh.
