Small town, friendly neighbor, safe environment. If you are looking for a good place to study, look no further. The living cost is quite low. Communication access (Internet, Mobile Phone, etc) are good if not great. But if you need your nightlife daily, then find a bigger city for you. Murray is for those who want to learn. Period.
