Date: Mar 30 2005 Major: (This Major's Salary over time) My time at La Salle was excellent. Teachers were nice and easy to talk too and wanted to actually get to know the students. I learned more in undergrad then I did in grad school when the classes were giant and there was not as much attention to individuals. Most people at La Salle were good people. I was not raised going to Catholic school like many people but that was never a problem as La Salle did not shove religion down my throat, just education. The school is what you make of it. They offer many activities and sports and you can participate or not, but if you get bitter that there is nothing to do then you have to look in the mirror at yourself. I saw some posts mention racism and homophobia and I saw no more that I have any other place. The one drawback to the school is that many people are local and will go home on the weekends so most of your friends if you stay on campus will be from outside of Philly which is fine in the end.
