Texas Tech University is built for rich white kids from either small Texas towns or Dallas. The campus is terrible and the sourrounding area is worse. There are about ten trees in the tri-county area. If you like attending school in an arid desert then choose TTU. However if you dont want to throw away your time and money go to UT.
