College taught me how to prioritize and how to deal with real world situations. You learn teamwork skills and how to plan a project(senior thesis). Bates is competitive, as you will "compete" for grades with top-notch students. Knowing how to study is important to getting the most that Bates has to offer. Divison III atheletics is the best for the college experience, because it places the right amount of emphasis on the student-athlete. Good luck to all who choose to attend, it is truly a wonderful 4-year educational and growth experience.
