In high school, I received A's and B's, but myMay 01 2015Nursing
In high school, I received A's and B's, but my GPA averaged to a 3.45. I did 2 seasons of sports each year and worked. I received academic and athletic scholarships from UVM. If you did not receive scholarships, I would advise going to a less expensive school. I know many people who have to transfer because of the expense.
If you want to get into this school then all you have to do is try your best. Work hard and show that you will be an advantage to have at the school.

I tried so hard to get inNov 09 2011Other
I tried so hard to get in. I had a 3.4 GPA as a transfer and toured is like 3 times and made sure the transfer counselor knew me by name and face. I called all the time and would pester the man by going to his office and telling him to remember me when my application came around, and it worked.

I got a 27 on my ACT's, not the best but that and my GPA of a 93 got me in. If your out of state its definitely up there in price range, but with some scholarships its not too bad. And you also get what you paid for. Their medical field is pretty hard to get into because its so competitive, overall getting into the school is pretty average I thought.
ACT: 27 Male
I wrote a killer essay and emphasized my dedicationMay 02 2011Anthropology
I wrote a killer essay and emphasized my dedication to diversity and willingness to learn. Oh, I also had seven letters of recommendation to make up for my bare minimum GPA. And I really played up my extra-curricular activities. Oh, and I did okay on the SATs. So pretty much the same thing as at any school.
SAT: 1970 Male
