Be a well-rounded passionate student. Work hard on you essays and show your personality. My essay was about inviting a lonely kid to sit with my friends an I during lunch in high school.

Write incredibleDec 07 2014Nursing
Write incredible essays if you want to get in. Do something notable and write about how passionate you are. Get creative with your essays, too. Don't write about what everyone else is going to say. The people reading the essays are sick and tired of reading the same topic 50,000 times. Also, you don't have to volunteer 100 hours a month to get in. Just pick one extracurricular that you are very passionate about and write about how that has impacted you.

I did a lot of extracurricular activities in high school and kept up good grades. I spent a lot of time working on my admission essays too.

Three main elements will help your admission chances:Jan 14 2012Business - Management and Administration
Three main elements will help your admission chances:

1) Strong essays: Be honest, thoughtful, and creative.

2) Extra-curricular involvement: Pursue your passions! Be active and make a difference in your community. Do what you want to do, not what others want you to do. Explain on your application what you wanted to do, why you wanted to do it, and the actions you took to get there.

3) Teacher recommendations: Develop meaningful relationships with teachers. This will help you when you need to ask that teacher for a recommendation.

Hope that helps and please feel free to reach out to me with questions or concerns! Please email me at Go Blue!
