I mean, Mercy's standards aren't too high. I've met students who went tomercy because it was the only.school that aaccepted them. I just went here because I couldn't afford any other decent school

My story is a bit different than mostFeb 06 2015Business - Management and Administration
My story is a bit different than most. I learned about Mercy through the Business Leadership Academy, which is held by the Business Program during the summer. I went there my junior year of high school and was very successful during the academy. My skills were adequate enough to place me among the top in the program. I received a scholarship to come to the school and after coordinating with my PACT mentor, my application and everything I needed to go to mercy was handled. For students looking to attend Mercy, I would recommend to you what almost anyone would recommend to you. Work hard and keep your grades up. Try to differentiate yourself from the rest of the students trying to get in. Make sure you have lots of field related experience and service oriented experience to put you at the top.

The Mercy College business honors program recruited me forDec 17 2014Accounting
The Mercy College business honors program recruited me for being a top student at my high school. They wanted me because I worked extremely hard in high school. However, I didn't have the best SAT grade. They recruit based on personality, work ethic, and accountability. If you would like to get in here, just try to get the best grades possible in high school, and show them that you are a honest and hardworking person.

Mercy College looks at everything you provide them with,Dec 15 2014Public Health
Mercy College looks at everything you provide them with, Whether that'd be your GPA and/or your SAT scores. The best program to be enrolled in is the Mercy College Honors Program but that of course, depends on your High School GPA Average. I recommend keeping that GPA pretty high and breaking down on a beautiful college essay! Also study for the SAT's, it will matter later on.
