SAT, Perfect essay and TOEFL. Had a constant contact with a representative to make sure it is a perfect college for me.
SAT: 2400 Female
I wrote an above averageApr 22 2012Criminal
I wrote an above average essay and had good SAT's, GPA doesn't matter here. (2.5 in high school) yet 1800 SAT, 1210 without the writing portion.

I recommend if you want to meet the requirements to get in here, you go to a better school for a more affordable price.

Try Rutgers, Stockton or Temple.
SAT: 1210 Male

I have a 2Apr 05 2011Undecided
I have a 2.6 GPA at a competitive prep school all regular classes but a 1800/2400 on my SAT's. Lots of volunteer work, my sister went there, great essay, showed interest by interviews and calling, I'm captain of 2 sports at my high school, and I've worked at my dad's medical practice doing insurance billing for the past 2 years for a few hours a day after school.

Also, if you feel like your borderline, apply to the school like the day before the deadline. I feel like early on if your borderline that they judge too quickly, but once they realize how many students aren't going to attend Drexel that were accepted, they loosen up a bit.

Good luck and come here. don't be socially awkward and you'll be fine.

Definitely write a Drexel-focused essay on why you want to go to the school and how the program you are applying to fits into your plans. Go on a campus tour (they keep track)! Apply early and explain any less than stellar academic performance.

Aside from "don't come here", if you get an 1150, you'll get in. If you get a 1300 or so (it varies a little depending on your major), you'll get into Pennoni. The essay is a formality. You'll also probably get a scholarship, but, really, don't be fooled. It's sad to waste this life when you only go through it once.
