Great university for the price and the peopleQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
Great university for the price and the people are very nice. not much campus life if you are looking for one, but the city is big with plenty to do, especially eating. if the money is not a problem and you want a great campus life, this is not the place. But if you want a good, affordable education in a fun city, this is the place.

Question
I am a biochemistry major and I canQuite BrightOther
I am a biochemistry major and I can say that the classes are very challenging. I like this because it allows you to learn your subjects more comprehensively. At times though, I do believe the teachers go alittle too far by asking about material that is not covered in class and is not really hit apon in your textbook. Another big problem is the amount of teachers/ teacher's assistants that cannot speak understandable English. These classes are hard enough without having to decipher a teacher's lecture. I think this is the biggest setback to this school.

Question
The Bauer College of Busines at the UniversityQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
The Bauer College of Busines at the University of Houston is a great school. I had never been so challenged in my life until I entered the MIS program. The program challenges you to see if you're cut out for the field. The case study classes are great hands on experience as well as the corporate companies teaching courses. For example Accenture teaches a great course where students learn to submit proposals for projects, where grounds ranging from technical to satisfying employees are covered. Being located in a city is great as opposed to the college towns. There is always something to do. Another perk for Houston is the ethnical diversity which is quite evident at the university. The University of Houston prepares you for real world.
