I hate this college.BrightOther
I hate this college. It's expensive and not worth your time. Most of the studnents are mindless druggies that don't care about their future and most of the chef's here are arrogant, and rude. I wish I never applied, now I'm stuck in the middle of the ghetto for another year until I'm done with my assoicates.

Please save yourself from a waste of a year. I really hate this place and i cannot wait to transfer out. There are pot heads, bitches, and frat/sorority kid. I have come across a few nice kids in my classes and in the building. I live in snowden now and it is anti social and not fun. Everyone always has their doors shut and no one on my floor knows each other. The RAs did nothing in the beginning of the year to get everyone to know each other so everyone kept to themselves. There are no clubs or activities to do. The RAs act like children and choose favorites. If you are not liked by the RAs, you are totally screwed. I am saying this because it is the truth. I want any prospective students looking into JWU that it is a toss up whether you will have a good experience or not. I personally have had a very bad experience here and i know the majority of the freshman class is transferring out. my major is graphic design and the classes are good but i dont want a diploma from this school. This school does not have the best education or the best reputation. They let about 70% of their students in so you are not special if you get accepted. I got in with a 1.4 GPA and now i have a 3.48. Im transferring next year and i intend never to return to this hell hole. Before you decide this is the place for you, find someone on facebook and ask their honest opinion. Dont just listen to my advice but get a few opinions. I bet they wont be favorable.

Question
I went to Johnson and Wales thinking thatAverageBusiness - Management and Administration
I went to Johnson and Wales thinking that it was going to be the perfect school for me. I did everything i needed to do by visiting numerous times to see if I still felt the same way. If you don't drink every weekend, do drugs, or go to clubs..there isn't anything to do. The school is in front of many clubs and bars. The safety is fine for students, but I'm getting out of there as soon as possible. The dorms feel as if they are hospitals because of the cinder block look and neutral colors. The atmosphere is not friendly, the girls are very snooty. The classes are a joke, all they give is busy work. The college classes are more basic than my public high school classes. I've been here for a little over a month and i'm transfering after the trimester. The tour guides and teachers lie about the school having so much to do, it's all about the night life.
