My experience with five towns has been interesting,Not so brightBusiness - Management and Administration
My experience with five towns has been interesting, they didn't want to guide me toward my dreams. they wanted to hinder my talent to lower competition in the field of music . When i wanted to switch majors, i was told i could only do so if i took a seimester off so that my loans could get caught up and paid, therefore i took an Associates and studied elsewhere, other than friends and my wife, five towns brought be nothing that i would use in the real world. The teachers are not qualified, the material is outdated and they keep charging more for less knowledge. This was a holding period of my career. Never again. If you want to study music, use composition, you leave as a stronger musician, study at New school or Columbia, you'd be wasting your time.

Here is the thing, if I could goQuite BrightCommunications
Here is the thing, if I could go back in time I would have never gone to this college. I did however, find a great job in my field while still in college but I don't give any credit to my school for helping me get the job. All of the legwork was done on my own.

Good things about the school:

- Small class sizes
- Not as much pressure
- Get to know teachers easily
Bad things about the school:

- Never any parking, people in the parking lot drive like maniacs.
- Registering for classes is a nightmare.
- The school is actually an old elementary/middle school and you can tell!
- There are sometimes not enough computers in the library for everyone to use.
- I would say 50% of the students are lazy and still pass which is not okay.- The worst thing of all... the school is so small that there are never enough classes available each semester. Meaning that the classes you need to graduate as never available! Once you're in your last two years it becomes a nightmare.

Don't come to this school. Not so brightPerfomance Arts
Don't come to this school. Dispite what people or the media may say about this place, it is the worst. If you are person who is serious about your studdies but still want to have a fun social life, please don't go to Five Towns. This school is supposted to be artistic, but the school does not put money into improving the departments or quality of education. Classes are like zoos and is like a middle school instead of a college. Even high school students are more behaved than the wannabes that attend this shithole. The school is so small for my acting class we have to move to different rooms because the band majors are practicing and vice versa. Food is bad, people are stupid, arrogant, and snooty, faculty is unorganized, and there is plenty of favortism. If you don't get into something the first time, don't bother auditioning again because they same people will be used. I'm hoping to transfer for fall. This isn't worth what they want you to pay. Look away.
