The biggest mistake I have made in myBusiness - Management and Administration
The biggest mistake I have made in my life. This school is a complete joke. It will serve you zero to attend Five Towns College.

If you want to be in the entertainment business, spend the four years working in the mail room of your favorite company. You will be better off, really. If you work hard and are attractive you will advance in the company.

Although there are more than a few good professors they can serve you only with information. The Cohen family (who own and run the school top down) are three bumbling boobs who have actually taken away from me more than they have given.

I am actually in worse condition post Five Towns College than Pre.
The offices (registrar, bursar) are run like a government agency (think DMV) and they will torture you if you borrow money to go to school. They, as they say, got you by the b**ls if you borrow money.

Heed this warning!!
THIS SCHOOL IS FOR UNAMBITIOUS OR ILL INFORMED (as I was) PEOPLE.They have zero standing with the outside business world. They will either not have heard of the school or laugh at your degree when you leave the room. Sorry folks.

Question
The faculty is good, but they have terribleBrightBusiness - Management and Administration
The faculty is good, but they have terrible academic advisement.
The food service is TERRIBLE. They have no intention of getting better on their own merit. Students have had to corner them to improve.

Administration has no idea what goes on in the school. They don't know their own school. The president of the college needs to retire and go away. Stanley Cohen is what sets this institution back. He has prohibited rock concerts, hip hop concerts, and proper means of advertisting of student acticties through out the school. There has been many other things that have been prohibited.

The dorms are great! But the rules make it fee like prison. The visting rules suck! All your guest has to be out of the building by 12am. It took them forever to allow people to just hang out in the lounge after midnight. You can only have 10 overnights a semester. Meaning only 10 sleep overs. Their solutions for certain problems on campus are very radical. The solution for roomate comflicts on having a "third roomate" was to have your roomate approve your overnight guest, and go to the res life office and have them approve your overnight and you have to give them all your guest information. Where they live and their phone number. What is that about?

And it's a dry campus, which makes it even more like a jail. This school doesn't care about the students. And if you're going to live here, it's exactly like prison.

Question
When I started going to this college IQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
When I started going to this college I thought I wanted to be an audio engineer. I'll be graduating this spring and I have come to the conclusion that I do not wish to pursue this dream. The school does not connect the students with anyone who can offer you any real experience in the industry. It is up to us to find an internship that is decent and fend for ourselves. The Audio department is run by a Napoleon. This professor, that's what he calls himself is a horrible educator. He uses the facilities as his own playground. I found that he made many of the students drop the major because he did not like them personally. I myself had this experience. I felt that I did not learn anything useful about engineering. Do yourself a favor. Take that 50,000 you were going to dump in this place and get your own equipment. You can learn this yourself. This college was a waste of my time, money, and effort.
