The computer science program there just isn't whatNot so brightComputer Science
The computer science program there just isn't what it was hyped up to be. They don't really teach you well or prepare you for the field either. There may be opportunities if you're dedicated enough count on teach yourself everything. Others will be apart of the cheating masses that they refuse to fail students. The quality of there graduates is less than par, have fun wasting your time and money.

Question
My major is public health.Quite BrightPublic Health
My major is public health. I have had the privilege to work with some amazing professors. If you can, take Naquin, Wood, and Gillan. Dr. Cole is also so sweet and helpful, and Edwards will have you writing papers like an English major --- and that is NOT a bad thing! Our majors are considered the "rejects" of the nursing dept. But most of us honestly just want to be health educators.

Question
The computer science degree is usually the hardestBrightComputer Science
The computer science degree is usually the hardest regardless of the university you attend. With the one on one help that almost every teacher gives you should not fail a class barring the fact that you want to be lazy. If you wanted someone to hold your hand through college just don't attend any. I've had far worse experiences with ULL teachers and the absurd learning curve. If you actually do some internship opportunities you can learn most of what you will need to know in the future amazing how that works and the department head and professors have some great contacts and resources.
