Berry college breeds alcoholics and potheads by condemningSuper Brilliant
Berry college breeds alcoholics and potheads by condemning normal social interaction. The social activities here are pathetic because only five people show up to each activity. If you love being judged left and right by hypocritical christians...this is the place to be. If your desire is to learn to fear normal social interaction..Berry is the place for you. I have been to other colleges many times...and Berry is the only one where when you ask someone whether they like the school or not...the only reply you will get is "it's okay, I don't really mind it" or "I fucking hate this school." If you want someone that says "I love this school" they are most likely a winshaper, fundamentalist christian that is stricken with fear about stepping outside of their own perception of reality and blocking out the real world. They call this place, the "berry bubble" for a reason...because they enjoy sheltering you from the ever so feared concept of reality. This school was the worst decision of my life. And I will tell you one thing..for a person that likes to have a good time..this school will postpone satisfaction in those areas..and you will graduate from this school with the mentality of an 18 year old that is ready to rage without anticipation of ensured consequences...because the deprivation of those experiences is unparalled at Berry College. If you are looking for a school that shields you from the ugly side of reality and then launches you into those frightening and schocking realities...Berry is certainly the place to be. My biggest piece of advice is not to come here..it is the worst decision I have ever made and I will look back on it with regret for my entire life. I am giving away four years of myh life that I will never get back. Don't make the same mistake I did. Sometimes your gut decision is not the most valuable..remember that.

Administration is a hugeQuite BrightBiology
Administration is a huge headache, very close minded. Campus is very isolated and most student activities are so heavily monitored to the point you wonder of evasion of privacy. The Iran/China of colleges privacy wise.

Question
PositivesBiology
Positives
-Huge, Beautiful campus
-Fairly good academics
-Professors (The areas of Sciences and Humanities have a great staff from prestigious facilities include M.I.T., Cal Tech, Yale, Harvard, The C.D.C. Georgia Tech, Rutgers)

Negatives
-All student must live on campus(Doesn't sound bad but will hate this policy after 4 hours)
-Various Facility problems (26,000 acres and it's still hard sometimes to find a place to park, 1.2 million dollar waterfall built, but computer lab printers rarely work, have paper, ink and change for printing certain amounts. This list could continue.)

Weak Programs (Saw various programs around the school fairly weak academically with some rude staff (Comm, Music/Arts)

-Sports(Sports are relatively weak in most areas)
-Alcohol(Dry Campus)
-Curfew rules(
-Police(Campus Safety spends 95% of its time busting curfew/dorm violations, small parties with alcohol and facebook profiling rather than facilitating any safety and protecting of students that are expected of any law enforcement authorities.)

-COST!
-Academic administration (Relatively out of touch with Students concerns and interest)
-Housing(There is a increase number of incoming students and no housing for them. This is exacerbated by not allowing students to live off campus)
