This place has been a complete waste of my parent's money. The only reason I came to UF is because I couldn't get into FSU, like many of the students here.

Question
Please don't make the same mistake I made,Super BrilliantBiology
Please don't make the same mistake I made, and stay away from this university. UF has been filled with a lot of hype, but it has no substance to back it up. Growing up, my family always talked about how great it is to be a Florida Gator, but I still haven't figured out what is so great about it. I guess I'll give UF a chance to grow on me, but so far I am not impressed. I should've listened to my sister's advice to attend Florida State. Oh well, to little to late.

Question
My 4 years at the University of FloridaQuite BrightCivil Engineering
My 4 years at the University of Florida have been a complete dissapointment. Most students are arrogant and boring. It seems like the entire town is suffering from widespread racism. This is truly the deep swampy south. It is no coincidence that our football stadium is known as "The Swamp". The nightlife is terrible, considering all clubs and bars close down at 1:45AM. Also, there are no girls in this town, just southern dudes. The few girls that do go to school here are not good looking at all. If you're looking for a great college town, great clubs, and good looking girls, this is NOT the college for you. Academics are alright, but not as good as you may think.
