Positive Negative Neutral Advice
Well for starters I come from a publicAverageEducation
Well for starters I come from a public school and so I did not have the opportunity to go to a Christian school. I am a contract Student at PCC and if you want to have a life please do not sign contract. If you want an education and not work all 5 years of college please don't sign. On the other end, the work here is great. I have a god job and have made good friends through my job. I amprepared forthe "real world" through my job. I am getting certified in my job as a child care worker and eventually one day I want to run my own orphanage. College life here can be sometimes demanding and there isn't much to do during the summer months but you get by with friends and other people. Sometimes the administration can b lacking in a lot of areas. I have a lady here that help lead me to the Lord but because of the administration she has to have specail permission form them to see me and that is not right. I almost got kicked out last summer because of something I didn't do. Also, on a positive note, the rules i have learned to live with and I have accpeted them as there is no way I can change them. If I could afford to go to another college I would, but I cannot because the Lord has allowed me to come here and he has called me here. The friends you make here are going to be lifetime friends. I love the faculty and staff and GA's but sometimes it can be tiring.

Question
Over all the education and training i receivedComputer Science
Over all the education and training i received was directly beneficial to my joining the workforce. The lessons I learnt in class an outside the academic realm were fundamental in preparing me for work in the "real world". Do i wish some ting were different? Yes, but I do not want to dwell on them as the future and present is always much better than the past.

Question
I went to PCC because it was affordable,Biology
I went to PCC because it was affordable, Christian, and I had other family members already attending. My experience was mixed in that I felt in general the education was excellent however I did not feel that I learned very valuable critical thinking skills required for graduate school. I graduated with a 3.97 grade point average from graduate school but in ethics and other debate centered classes I struggled as I had never experienced such things at PCC. Also the numerous rules and regulations soured my experience somewhat although for people who are already extremely conservitive this would not be a problem
