I had a good experience in my 4Quite BrightHistory/Histories (art history/etc.)
I had a good experience in my 4 years at PCC. I do not agree with all of the rules or how the church was run, but administration aside I loved my school. I think for me the thing that made it most manageable was the teachers. The faculty members were so helpful to me on a personal and professional level. They took time to invest in me and it helped me grow as a person and a student. I can say that I want to teach others because of how my teachers influenced my life. On another note, the administration as a whole is too close-minded. I understand why they take the stand they do on spiritual and social matters, but I do not agree with them treating students like children instead of the adults we are. There are a few individuals within the administration though that did actually take the time to invest in me. I should have been kicked out several times... instead of giving me the boot though the student life directer helped me face my biggest failure as a person and overcome it. I had to go to weekly counselling sessions, which I could have been bitter about, but I took them as a oportunity to change my behavior. I grew so much in those weekly meetings. I could talk with this advisor without fear of who would find out and how they would judge me. She listened to me and helped me work through my issues like no one had ever done before. That showed me once and for all that it was well worth the overbearing rules and somewhat closed-minded atmosphere of the administration. I am a better person today because of PCC.

Question
Ok where do I start? well lets sayQuite BrightNursing
Ok where do I start? well lets say the school sucks... I played collegian soccer and got a ton of demerits for getting a yellow card when the other player was cursing me out the whole game, and I decided to take him out, he got off scot free (I call ths BS). Mullinex couldn't keep a 5 year old thats had 20 cups of coffee awake. I can't even go to the beach with my girlfriend, what are we 4? I'd say 50% of the people there are fake as crap, they seem nice to the parents when the students arrive and then beat the students down when the parents leave. I can't wear holister when in a fire drill aparently (I guess its better to burn and die than get out alive with a hollister shirt on) thank God I'm away from this place and attending the "most sinful christian college" called Liberty University :)

Question
I just graduated from PCC and all IAverageCriminal
I just graduated from PCC and all I can say is its good to be done. I loved the school, didn't like some of the rules, but hey life is full of rules. If you don't have enough self-control to handle the rules at PCC, don't go. If you can behave yourself for 4 years, or how ever many years you have to spend there, then do it. I believe you'll never find a better Christian environment than PCC, in my humble opinion. Still trying to find a job, and haven't had any people tell me my degree is the reason I wasn't hired, most of the time its because they're on hiring freeze because the economy is pretty bad right now.
