Positive Negative Neutral Advice
Please read this if you are considering whetherQuite BrightNursing
Please read this if you are considering whether or not to go to this school. For me, I strongly suggest that you DO NOT attend this place. I attended this 'jail-like' school for 2 years for Nursing. I was supposed to make the program after my first year, but they screwed me over because I was missing one English class that they did not allow me to take my first year. I waited a whole year and made it into the program but they kicked me out of the school because I had a few movies and some music on my computer, due to the fact that our untrusted roommate ratted on all the 'bad' things we did, like cooking in our room, skipping church, going off to eat/going to the beach with girls (not allowed), everything that college is supposed to be!! Even though I made some good friends, I regret going to that school and wasting 2 years. If you plan to visit, DO NOT BE FOOLED by how nice everyone is and the great food or activities they have. It is just a way to get more people to go to the school because many are leaving including many of my friends and people I know. For me it was definitely not worth going to PCC (though the beaches were nice) when "someone" has been right here all my life :)

Question
This college is a great place to learnElectrical Engineering
This college is a great place to learn about the Lord and to prepare you to better serve Him.
I got my undergraduate in Electrical Engineering at PCC and have just started my Master's at Purdue. There are some areas where I find myself weaker than other students. I've learned that most students take linear algebra and probability in their undergraduate, and some take a class dedicated to digital signal processing. This would come in very useful when pursuing a graduate degree. While it is possible (I hope) to overcome these, it is uphill. My advice to HS students, pray about it. I really liked PCC and met some incredible people there. I would do it all over again. But it is not right for everyone. Pray and seek the Lord's direction.

Question
I have read many negative comments about PCCBrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I have read many negative comments about PCC and have to say that some people just sound bitter. I graduated in 2006 and enjoyed my time there. Most people have the problem with rules, but it really isn't as bad as people make it. The campus is great and beautiful. I learned a lot of graduated with a much better understanding of my field.
