PCC provides a great environment for a Christian student who needs positive peer-influence and structure in his/her life. If you are now willing to submit to strict standards (dress, curfew, dating...) PCC is not for you.
PCC has excellent faciilities and the teachers are very friendly and helpful though many do not have Dr. degrees in their field.
The cost of room board and tuition cannot be beat anywhere.
Those preparing for ministry should know that they do not offer courses in pastoral counseling or biblical interpretation and they teach Church History using Revelation chapters 2-3 in a way that gives evidence of their philosophy to not teach biblical interpretation. They also do not mention or teach about the doctrine of election.

“I loved my time at PCC.Education
I loved my time at PCC. I got a good education. I took Praxis I & II and passed them well above the national average. My education was good.
My beef with PCC is that my degree was not accredited. As long as I stay in the Christian school environment that is OK. But to try to move elsewhere in my career is next to impossible. I have too much education for most jobs. And education jobs won't look at me because my degrees are from PCC.
What I do about it? I'm working on a doctorate at an accredited institution. I do not have to vegitate because all of the doors I want to be opened are not currently open. I just need to look for another solution to open those doors.Would I recommend others go to PCC! Absolutely!

“Pay attention.Education
Pay attention. Don't focus on rules and restrictions. Focus on the one or two teachers who motivate and inspire you and learn as much about them and why they motivate and inspire you as the subject taught. Relax and enjoy the trip.
