There were things at PCC that I didReligion/Religious
There were things at PCC that I did not understand or always agree with but if you are honest, you will find that at any place. You will never find anywhere where you agree 100% with every rule, regulation, policy, etc. If you do, you need to use your head and learn how to think for yourself. I went to PCC because I knew that is where the Lord wanted me so to rebel and buck the system and fight the rules would be to buck and rebel directly against the Lord. It is a strongly Christian college with high standards for academics, attitude, and actions. You are expected to follow the rules and held to high personal accountability. If things are so bad that you feel abused or mistreated why would you stay, It may not be the place for you. I loved my time there. I had some wonderful teachers, met some great life-long friends. The education prepared me greatly for what my calling in life is. It did not teach me everything but no college ever will. Nothing will replace on the job training and experience and you cant get that in a classroom. What they did give me was a place to prepare myself to do the best I can, give my best at all times, and walk with the Lord daily. I am eternally grateful for the impact PCC has had on my life. Glad I went and dont regreat the decision at all.

Question
I believe I received an excellent nursing educationNursing
I believe I received an excellent nursing education at PCC. The program was challenging, but when we left the school we were prepared to write State boards and to do our job. Many of us were offered jobs by the hospitals we precepted in. It was great to be surrounded by faculty and staff who not only wanted to see us thrive academically, but more importantly, they wanted us to thrive spiritually. I remember many church services and daily chapels in which I was refreshed and encouraged through the preaching of God's Word. PCC has high standards--they are a CHRISTIAN college. They take their association seriously.

Great place to go to study. Not the place to go if all you want to do is play.
