This college instilled in me the desire toNursing
This college instilled in me the desire to do QUALITY work.
To give an honest days work for an honest day's pay. To
respect my employer and the customer. To not compromise
my values and beliefs for power, promotion or $$$$$$.
It takes a person of character and determination to graduate from PCC because academically it is challenging and the rules governing social life require an attitude of

cooperation and submission. If all you want is academics go to a secular school. If you want both academics and a place that will grow your character and comittment to God then come to PCC. If you want a place to find a wholesome

LIFE LONG mate, then come to PCC. It is NOT a school for the lazy, self-centered, disrespectful or rebellious.

Question
Class work was to the point and informative.Business - Management and Administration
Class work was to the point and informative. Classes were demanding, and teachers set high standards. Competition with graduates from other colleges was not as hard as I thought it would be once I graduated.

PCC taught a good code of ethics and morals from a conservative Christian perspective. In some cases, their version of Christianity was the only way of seeing the world that was acceptable to them (men wear a suit to church on Sunday, you can only attend the Campus Church, an extensive rule system, etc.) This type of environment encourages people who are very conservative and sometimes judgmental (for the most part) to sit in power and snipe at those outside their circle. Intentions are good at the top, but those in 'middle management' have a tough time enforcing legislated morality (in a manner of speaking).PCC is not accredited. PCC markets to a homeschool or small church-school oriented audience, which may not understand the impact of a non-accredited degree. White collar fields, especially those requiring professional certifications, are more difficult with significant obstacles as a result.

Question
I find it fascinating that the college isBrightEnglish
I find it fascinating that the college is so worried about this site that it has sent out a note to alumni, begging us to come here and write a positive review.

That's the type of school it is: so concerned about its public image that it will resort to all sorts of weird motivational tactics. (Oh, and the college says that if you give them a bad review, you obviously didn't complete your four years.)That said, it's not a horrible school. There are some really good parts about it. You'll meet good people. You'll have some cool experiences. Some of the classes aren't bad. But it's not the nirvana that they'll paint for you. If you go here, know what you're getting into.
