I was at PCC for nine years.Education
I was at PCC for nine years. I attended the undergraduate and the graduate programs and then I was a teacher at Pensacola Christian Academy. I have seen this ministry from many different angles. No place is perfect because people aren't perfect. I have to say I would not be the person I am today if it weren't for this college and my experiences there. As a student, I grew socially, spiritually, and academically. The friendships were wonderful and there are many ways to cultivate them there. Spiritually I was given the tools to study and understand the Bible to see what I believe for myself. The church and chapel services were so inspiring and helpful. I feel that academically I was fully equipped to teach. The hands on experience was the most valuable. I appreciated how everything was based on the Bible. PCC is a traditional Christian, Bible-based college that will develop you as a whole person which prepares you for life. Yes, there are many rules. Those served to stretch me as a person. It forced me to learn self discipline and to submit to authority. By accepting them, even though I don't necessarily agree with them all, it helped to develop my character. PCC is not legalistic because they have rules. They don't teach that following them will get you to Heaven. Pensacola Christian has chosen to take the higher road to excellence by having high standards. After all, don't we represent Jesus Christ? I highly recommend PCC to all who want a traditional,Bible- based, Christ-centered education. I will encourage all my children to attend someday!

Question
The coursework was outdated at the time butComputer Science
The coursework was outdated at the time but the basic principles were helpful toward learning new things since then. The college is unaccredited which may be a serious issue depending on your major and desire to get a graduate degree from another university. The price of tuition is similar to the cost of attending your local university, however most university coursework will be more advanced.
